Having sponsor privileges allows you to add contacts to a list, remove contacts that ‘you’ added and add your sponsorship to an existing contact (you also think this contact should be in the list).   Sponsor privileges do not allow you to add a ‘list’ to a parent list because it can change the nature of the list from static to dynamic.   Lists that contain other lists are ‘dynamic’ because they contain other lists that change the calculated results of the parent list anytime the member list is changed. This is a great benefit of calc{list} but sometimes the owner of a list does not want the list to be dynamic.   Static lists always contain the actual contacts that show in the calculated results. Hence, sponsor privileges do not let you change the list’s nature from static to dynamic. People with Edit privileges can add new lists members. 2009-09-07T13:51:29-04:00

It's in the clipboard paste drop down at the top. Select "All" and then just paste to a spreadsheet. From there you can delete any columns you don't want and save as a CSV. I hope this helps... 2009-08-07T16:35:16-04:00

Yes the calc{list} export (.clex) will let you exchange between the two. In fact sometimes a group may choose multiple Pro versions over Team.   Multiple Pro versions would be good anytime a central server does not make sense. An example would be a political group where each person has responsibility for their particular county.  Several counties would forward their lists to regional and ultimately the lists would be forwarded to state and national.   Regards 2009-06-30T19:37:38-04:00

Yes, you can import and export contacts into calc{list} using a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file or a vCard. There is no way to change the drag/drop method. We designed “Easy Drag” to make drag/drop easier and more accurate.   Calc{list} is very drag/drop intensive. Too often, without Easy Drag, contacts or lists would be dropped in the wrong place sometimes leading to confusion.
